1. Damaged Products
We only provide refunds if the product you received is damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase with clear photos of the damage. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

2. Size & Fit
All items include a detailed size chart. Refunds will not be issued if the product does not fit, as long as the size received matches the size you ordered. Please review our size chart carefully before purchasing.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that are not damaged or defective.

  • Items returned due to size or fit issues.
