Kultura Apparel Shipping Policy

1. Production & Fulfillment
All items at Kultura Apparel are made on a print-on-demand basis. This means your order will be produced individually after it is placed. Production typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the product.

2. Shipping Times

  • Once your order is produced, it will be shipped via standard shipping carriers.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by location:

    • Canada: 7–15 business days

    • United States: 10–20 business days

    • International: 14–30 business days

  • Please note that these are estimates and delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and shipping method.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipment is created.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Kultura Apparel is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by shipping carriers.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at kultura.apparel.clothing@gmail.com with photos of the damage to request a refund or replacement.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Because all products are custom-made after an order is placed, we cannot accept order cancellations or changes once production has started.

7. International Orders

  • Customs processing times vary by country, which may cause additional delays.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.
