By accessing or purchasing from MyCulturaApparel, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.

2. Products and Ordering

  • All products are made on a print-on-demand basis. This means each item is created individually after an order is placed.

  • Product colors, sizes, and designs may vary slightly from what is shown on our website due to printing processes and screen displays.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3. Payments

  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.

  • By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full amount for the items purchased.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production and shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective products received within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items that do not fit or are ordered incorrectly according to our size chart are not eligible for refunds.

  • To request a refund, please email kultura.apparel.clothing@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on MyCulturaApparel are the property of Kultura Apparel and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our designs or content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • MyCulturaApparel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

  • We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, but minor differences in color, design, or size may occur.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada.

  • Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the appropriate Canadian courts.

9. Modifications

  • We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
